Inspiration from our community
“It’s for the scientists, so they can make better medicines so people don’t lose their hair in the first place”
After nurturing his hair for two and a half years, Will took the shave for cancer challenge, cutting his 35cm long mane. His bold move raised over $6,300 for cancer research.
And, in a heartfelt gesture, he donated his hair to Wigs for Kids. Will's inspiration? Remembering his beloved grandmother “Narni”, who tragically lost her fight against a rare and aggressive lung cancer in July 2022. He honoured her memory by getting the big chop on her birthday, 9 December.
