This year, I’m taking part in Shave for a Cure and raising money in memory of my beautiful Dad, Colin, who sadly lost his battle with cancer in 2011.
It’s been 15 years since we lost Dad, but not a day goes by where he isn’t remembered and missed. His memory, the lessons he taught me, and the moments we shared will always be a part of who I am.
Shaving my head is a small thing compared to what so many people and families go through when facing cancer, but if I can help raise awareness, support research and make a difference for someone else, then it’s absolutely worth it.
This one is for you, Dad. ❤️
