ACRF Brave Shave 2026 – $24 in 24 Hours Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ABN 27 076 461 360) ("ACRF") of Suite 903, 50 Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00pm AEST on Monday 24 August 2026 and closes at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 25 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are registered participants in ACRF's Brave Shave 2026.
Employees of ACRF and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion.
4. How to Enter
This promotion is a game of chance.
To be eligible, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Be registered as a participant in ACRF's Brave Shave 2026.
- Receive one or more donations of AUD $24 or more to their Brave Shave fundraising page during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible donation of AUD $24 or more received during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw on behalf of the participant. No additional action is required to enter.
5. Prize
There are five (5) prizes to be won.
Each prize consists of:
- One (1) AUD $100 Coles eGift Card; or
- One (1) AUD $100 Woolworths eGift Card.
Each winner may choose either a Coles or Woolworths eGift Card.
Each prize has a value of AUD $100, with a total prize pool value of AUD $500.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If either advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, ACRF reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place within fourteen (14) days of the close of the Promotion Period at:

Suite 903, 50 Margaret Street
Sydney NSW 2000
The draw will be conducted by a minimum of two (2) ACRF staff members using a random electronic draw.
As this is a game of chance, the five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by both telephone and email within one (1) week of the prize draw.
Following notification, winners must respond within one (1) month to confirm acceptance of their prize and advise ACRF whether they would prefer a Coles eGift Card or a Woolworths eGift Card.
8. Prize Fulfilment
The selected eGift Card will be emailed to each winner within one (1) week of the winner confirming acceptance of their prize and advising their preferred retailer.
9. Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner does not respond within one (1) month of the initial notification, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
In this event, ACRF reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries to determine a new winner. Any redraw will be conducted by a minimum of two (2) ACRF staff members at the address listed above using the same random draw process.
10. General Conditions
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these Promotion Terms & Conditions together with the ACRF Brave Shave 2026 Event Terms & Conditions.
ACRF reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
ACRF reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to any applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, ACRF accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries.
The promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
