ACRF Brave Shave 2026 – Register & Self-Donate to Win Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ABN 27 076 461 360) ("ACRF") of Suite 903, 50 Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 8:00am AEST on Tuesday 7 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 31 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who register to participate in ACRF's Brave Shave 2026 during the Promotion Period.
Employees of ACRF and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion.
4. How to Enter
This promotion is a game of chance.
To be eligible, participants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Register for ACRF's Brave Shave 2026.
- Create a Brave Shave fundraising page.
- Make a minimum self-donation of AUD $20 to their own fundraising page during the Promotion Period.
Only self-donations made by the registered participant qualify for entry. Donations made by family members, friends, employers or other third parties do not constitute a self-donation and are not eligible for entry into this promotion.
Each eligible participant who makes a qualifying self-donation of AUD $20 or more will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. No additional action is required to enter.
5. Prize
There are three (3) prizes to be won.
Each prize consists of:
- One (1) Apple Watch SE (3rd Generation).
Each prize has a recommended retail value (RRP) of AUD $399, with a total prize pool value of AUD $1,197.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, ACRF reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value, including a comparable Apple Watch model.
6. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place within fourteen (14) days of the close of the Promotion Period at:

Suite 903, 50 Margaret Street
Sydney NSW 2000
The draw will be conducted by a minimum of two (2) ACRF staff members using a random electronic draw.
As this is a game of chance, the three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by both telephone and email within one (1) week of the prize draw using the contact details provided at registration.
8. Prize Fulfilment
Prizes will be purchased by ACRF within one (1) week of notifying the winners and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe thereafter.
ACRF is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or postal services once the prize has been dispatched.
9. Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted via the phone number and email address provided at registration within one (1) month of the initial notification attempt, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
In this event, ACRF reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries to determine a new winner. Any redraw will be conducted by a minimum of two (2) ACRF staff members at the address listed above using the same random draw process.
10. General Conditions
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these Promotion Terms & Conditions together with the ACRF Brave Shave 2026 Event Terms & Conditions.
ACRF reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
ACRF reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to any applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, ACRF accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries.
The promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
