I'm taking on ACRF's Brave shave for World Cancer Research Day
I am raising vital funds to support the 2 in 5 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85.By committing to support brilliant cancer research, we can help to transform the way we prevent, detect and treat ALL types of cancer.
Please support me in backing the brave and all those impacted by this devastating disease. Together we can change the meaning of a cancer diagnosis for future generations.
I’m taking part in the ACRF’s Brave to Shave & Colour because this cause is very close to my heart. My best friend has battled breast cancer, and sadly a few other friends and family members have also been affected by this disease. Watching their journeys has shown me just how important it is to keep fighting for better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
That’s why I’ve decided to colour my hair — to stand in solidarity with them, to raise awareness, and to help raise vital funds for cancer research. Every donation, no matter the size, helps bring us one step closer to finding a cure and giving hope to so many families.
If you’re able to contribute, I’d be so grateful. And if not, I’d love if you could share my Brave to Shave & Colour journey so together we can spread the word and keep pushing forward toward a cure.
