Cancer is a scary word…
Just weeks before my own diagnosis the kind of treatment I’m currently having wasn’t available to me for the type of cancer I have. Cancer may not ever go away but the treatment options are growing and keeping more people alive.
I am taking part in ACRF's 2km a Day in May, not an easy task while going through treatment! 😬
Every day in May, I will be moving for 2kms for the 2 in 5 Australians who will face a cancer diagnosis by the age of 85.
By supporting cancer research, we can help to transform the way we prevent, detect and treat ALL types of cancer, particularly the rare ones!
Even if you cannot afford to donate please be aware of your own body, notice changes, fight for your own health and get regular medical check ups! It just may save your life ❤️
