I am taking on 60km In May for cancer research!

Too many people are impacted by cancer of all different types, whether you are fighting it yourself or are in recovery, remission or cured, whether you know of someone who has had or has it, are going through testing of some sort, or whether it’s previously hit or if it is currently hitting close to home.  

This past year unfortunately cancer has been hitting much closer to home, with people I care about deeply being diagnosed and others going through very close scares with testing and I would do anything I could for them to change circumstances.  So this year I am taking part in Australian Cancer Research Foundation's 60km In May challenge to help raise essential funds for lifesaving cancer research.

In May, I will be walking or running 60km or more in support of the 2 in 5 Australians who will face a cancer diagnosis by the age of 85.
