Matilda is taking on the brave shave!

Hi, I’m Matilda.

I’m 10 years old and I’ve decided to chop off my hair! (Don’t worry, Mum knows about it… I think 😜).

The truth is, I’m really lucky to be healthy, but not everyone gets that chance. 2 in 5 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85 – that’s almost half of us! That’s way too many people.

So instead of just using my hair for things like flicking it dramatically or getting knots Mum has to brush out, I’m donating it to make a difference.

I want to raise money to help brilliant cancer researchers who are finding better ways to prevent, treat and maybe even beat cancer.

Every dollar you give is like a superpower boost for scientists and support for people doing it tough right now.

Together we can make cancer less scary for future generations (and also see what I look like with short hair 😂).
