JA’s Warriors are back!
Last year, we raised an incredible $21,892 in honour of my mum to support Australian Cancer Research. This year, we're aiming even higher!
My mum, Julieanne, was diagnosed with Angioimmunoblastic T-Cell Lymphoma, a rare cancer, in 2021. She has faced numerous hospital visits and treatments, and is currently recovering from a stem cell transplant she underwent in 2024.
We are truly inspired by the work of the Australian Cancer Research Foundation and their efforts to improve the lives of those affected by cancer.
Mum has always loved exercising, and she is now rebuilding her strength every day. Together, we plan to walk or run 60km in May to raise funds and boost our health.
Cancer has profoundly impacted our lives, as it has for many others. We are committed to fundraising for the 2 in 5 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
