60km In May

Im dedicating my challenge to my Dad, Peter Ryan

I am taking on 60km In May for cancer research!

In honour of my Dad, Peter, I am taking part in Australian Cancer Research Foundation's 60km In May challenge to help raise essential funds for lifesaving cancer research.

We lost Dad 10 years ago in August at the age of 54 to an aggressive form of metastatic cancer of unknown origin. From the time he was told her had cancer he was gone 6 months later.

Throughout May, I will be walking 60km or more in support of the 2 in 5 Australians who will face a cancer diagnosis by the age of 85.

By committing to support brilliant cancer research, we can help to transform the way we prevent, detect and treat ALL types of cancer.

Please support me in my challenge so that we can move towards a cancer-free future together.

Such a great idea, well done you! Cancer is a horrible beast and I hope one day we will find a way for it to stop taking the ones we love. For your Dad and mine xx
