Our REFIT community is coming together for something far greater than ourselves.

We're taking on a 25-hour gym challenge to raise vital funds for the Australian Cancer Research Foundation and the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation. 

The 25-hour challenge represents a sobering reality: 2 in 5 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. The remaining three will be closely affected by the diagnosis of someone they love. Cancer impacts all of us in one way or another, which is why we're asking for your support. Because the people you love deserve Australia's best cancer research.

Within our REFIT family, cancer has touched countless lives. Many of our members have lost loved ones, stood beside family and friends through treatment, or faced their own diagnosis. This challenge is our way of honouring those we've lost, supporting those still fighting, and helping create a future where fewer families have to hear the words, "You have cancer."

For 25 continuous hours, our members will push their bodies and minds through a series of workouts, proving that together we are stronger. Every dollar raised will go directly towards life-changing research through the Australian Cancer Research Foundation and the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, helping fund breakthroughs in prevention, diagnosis, treatment and, ultimately, cures.

Whether you can give $5 or $500, every contribution has the power to make a difference. And if donating isn't possible, sharing our fundraiser with your family, friends and colleagues is another meaningful way to help.

Move for a Cure is more than a fitness challenge. It's a community standing together with hope, determination and purpose. Every rep, every kilometre and every hour completed represents another step towards better treatments, brighter futures and, one day, a world where cancer no longer steals the people we love.
